Batam Trip Feb 2012 with Him...


18th - 19th Feb 2012

Our first Batam Trip... to relax and rest.
I think we did achieve the relax and rest part.
Especially for him.
=)

we woke up early that morning and reached Harbourfront early to collect our ferry tickets as well as to have breakfast and we finally decided on Macdonalds.. where i could have my pancakes. =)

we arrived at Waterfront City, Batam.

we bought this from deal.com and it came with a city tour included inside the package. We were asked to board this very old-school bus numbered - "44".




after visiting Polo Ralph Lauren, a few other places, we stopped by Nagoya Shopping mall for lunch plus shopping but we really did not have much time for shopping.

For us, we only managed to grab our lunch.






after walking around the mall, we stopped at this restaurant to have our lunch instead of the A&W whereby his friend & wife went to.

i am not sure if this shop was the one that was at Lucky Plaza but it did advertise that they are also opened at a few other countries such as Singapore and Malaysia etc. so i assumed that it should be the one that is famous at Lucky Plaza.





Indeed, the food was FANTABULOUS!!!

very YUMMY!!!!

We stayed at Harris Resort.
Hotel stay was good.

we loved the massage and spa package we had.
he loved it most!!!
said was worth every cent we paid for the massage & spa.
i am really happy that he enjoyed the massage alot.
he was sooooooooo happy with the massage.


hope he was happy with the trip too.

Day #1 : The C-Section

So after much procrastination, I am finally writing this post. You know.. when every single day i want to do something about this blog but end up doing nothing about it. HAHA!! It is unexpectedly BUSY being a confinement Mum when confinement lady or family or friends keep asking you to lie down and rest.. "GO SLEEP!" haha! Then when you are providing breast milk for your Baby, you keep track of your time to the next pump and TIME PASSES SUPER QUICK! I did not see this coming!! . . . So I was admitted to the Clinic early in the morning and was quite busy because i have to change to the robe, then monitor Baby's heartbeat in the labour room with 2 other ladies. Then the the nurses will help/assist/MAKE you go toilet to clear your bowels. and then... WAIT. So this was me waiting for the C-section to happen I was actually not as nervous as i thought i would be. It was more of stoning and thinking what's going to happen next.

wah... long time since i blogged... can say that many things have happened and i have yet to blogged... i need a LAPTOP ...!!!! & now... HOW DID MY CHRISTMAS DAY GO.... yesterday... we only woke up at 5pm... after a very adventurous night @ the ZPGY X'mas Party @ Paramount Hotel...heee...details will come soon..if i ever really have the time to blog about it..=P after waking up... blurred... we slept so long.. from 7am to 5pm man... haha.. then mummy called and informed that we have t meet the rest and then we need to go to UNcle Po's house for buffet dinner because his 4th daugther was getting married.. and the house is HUGE !!! My god... given his profession (shh...secret..).. he manages to send all his 5 kids to schol from Pri to Secondary in Singapore and even send all to Australia for their studies... brought ah Yong along to the party also.. met the rest at Goddad's house and then we went there together... this is the Christmas Tree inside the house at the livin

So as of now when I am writing this, I am around 2 weeks to my EDD. Never did I ever expect myself to be benefiting from Jia Hui's current company - PIGEON. I think.. the same time last year.. I couldn't even see myself in a year's time. Yet now, I am going to be a MOM! Along the pregnancy, I am really LUCKY to have many helping and generous friends who passed me used baby stuffs or advices and some who helped me to get stuffs at a cheaper price.  Sometimes due to the availability in Malaysia or when I couldn't make it for Baby Fairs and etc. So, I was with RP (Hubby) in Singapore for 2 meetings that day and I dropped by Jia Hui's place in the late evening, which is conveniently located at Woodlands to collect Pigeon stuffs which she helped me to get. Then she asked us to meet her at her lift lobby area. Usually we would meet at the bus stop along the road right outside her block.
