10th March 2010..... Wednesday..... . . . the 3rd YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!!!! wooohoo!!!!!! . . we celebrated in advance. spent the night thru the countdown. played monopoly deal and got ourselves really tired and sleep the next day on the actual day. HAHA. . . for Dinner, mummy cooked the CURRY CHICKEN!!!! we had salted fish to go with it toooo! YUMMY! i loves salted fish tooo! . . it used to be a food for the POOR. the POOR during "ancient" times loves to eat salted fish with rice or porridge. but NOW, salted fish has become so expensive that i dont think the "POOR" could afford anymore. WHY WHY WHY???? is it because we can no longer "salt" it ourselves at home, which is why we need to buy and it got sooooo expensive??? i DUNNO. so strange. . . nowadays, the salted fish are even more expensive than the fresh FISH. 9th March 2010... Tuesday.... . . sis made the UNICEF Pork Chop that evening for Dinner. why is it called the UNICEF Dinner? . . of course, there is a story behind it that made us call it the "UNICEF Pork Chop". . . some time ago, quite a long time ago, cannot remember how long was it, only know that, it was when i was young and when we were still staying in Johor Jaya, Mummy bought this UNICEF Cookbook from somewhere. she did charity by buying the book. there were a lot of different types of recipes inside the cookbook from all over the world. some looked pretty strange to us. . . we learnt to cook this pork chop from the book. . . in the past, i was the one who cooked the pork chop. when we still had the book. =) . . until, we lost the book when we moved house and i wasnt able to cook the pork chop anymore because...... for ME.... i must follow something to cook stuffs. i cannot be like most Mums and most people that cook like my sis does, i CANNOT AGAR AGAR!!! HAHA. i dunn

8th March 2010... Monday.... . . during that time, we havent got the news that Daddy was going to stay on in JB, Malaysia. i took a break from friends and went home almost every evening to have dinner at home. Mummy cooked almost every day too. . . Mushroom + crabby meat (BBYY's favourite) + prawn soup made by Sista. Mummy fried the "HOKKIEN fried noodles"!!!! it was her first time and i thought, it was very NICE!!!!! . . the meatballs were made and fried by sista. the meatballs were amazingly YUMMY toooo!!! loved it!!! . . i packed some and brought to work the next day for lunch and BBYY said the meatball was very YUMMY!!! =) she made the soup and meatballs. noodles fried by Mummy! . . YUMMILICIOUS. after dinner, i opened the new CHOYA that i bought! . . this photo.. with flash flash or without flash nicer????? . . had choya with green tea. NICE!!!

7th MArch 2010... Sunday... . . it is a beautiful sunday!! woohooo!! Why??? cos.. it is my boyfriend's off day (in every 2 weeks) . . we planned a short roadtrip. a 1-day roadtrip to somewhere not too near.. and yet.. not too far. we decided it to be BATU PAHAT. . . got some recommendations from friends. and.. we headed to BATU PAHAT!! . . . we had breakfast with his family that morning. went back to his house to shower. then, we made our way to Batu Pahat. by the highway. =) GPS leads the way to Batu Pahat... a new addition to the family is the clock. previously, the time could be checked by looking at the radio/player. however, after boyfriend changed the radio/player to the DVD player, we werent able to check the time and we lived with it. . . he brought the car for servicing that day and saw this clock that looked pretty and so he bought it. =) ON OUR WAY!!!! in the car... heading for the highway... driver for the day... =) made a short stop at the petrol kiosk to top-up LaoHei
