HARI RAYA PUASA!! makes the following MONDAY a PH!!! wooohooooo!!! =)

woke up at around 12.30pm in the afternoon at the hotel. had some funny sleeping stuffs at night that we laughed at when we woke up. LOL. went to the couple's room to pester the couple to exchange the Ringgit that AhBen gave to the jiemei's... unexpectedly, he willingly changed into SGD! HURRAY!!!! =)

the Groom initially wanted to treat us by asking us to order food from the Room Service Menu. However, the choices were very little and we decided not to order the Room Service.

We went downstairs to eat the Korea Food in the Food Court. the table which we sat at, was very WARM! by the time we finished eating, we were all perspiring already. however, we had a good time chatting and laughing while we were eating!!!! we laughed so hard that i guess... was also part of the reason that made ourselves feel even WARMER. haha...

went back to the couple's room after our brunch - Late afternoon brunch!

they had a complimentary cake from the hotel and so, they ordered coffee from the room service and we had cakes with coffee in the couple's room.

i look at the time, and thought that i should go wash up and prepare to go back to JB for the temple's event at night.

so i went back to my room to bath and the rest of the Sisters went back with me to pack their things as well.

the couple has kindly requested for our room to be checked-out late, at 4pm.

All the sisters help to check the room and to pack each other's stuffs. So nice right??? i was the only one that bathed because the rest of them were going home already. Angel was going to meet her Aunt at Town for shopping. =)

we went to the couple's room again after packing up our things. Bid goodbye to the couple, AhBen helped me settle my complimentary car park. the rest of the Sisters took a cab and Angel left to meet her Aunt.

we BID GOODBYE to each other.

it was time to say goodbye.

after spending that MUCH TIME together..... hmm...

so happy to meet them. so happy to have a chance to know them. thanks YAYU.

i made my way back to JB.

had to meet Mum, MeiMei, Lisa and TingTing at the temple.

and as usual, they were late.

i reached there at 4.45pm.

so.. i was considered pretty early to reach. i got my shirt from the counter, i changed and went back to the car again to leave my things.

i was able to get a parking near to the temple because i reached the place quite early.

this is the temple that i always go to.
on Saturday, it was the day when we had to bring the 神 out onto the streets.
usually, there will be other performing groups to follow too.
a lot of people will come out from their houses or so to look at the 游神.
as we believe, the 神 will be very happy to be able to let the people see him 游神.
the people carrying the 神, they will be shaking the 神 too - which in such a way, will make the 神 very very happy.
=)

the performing groups slowly arriving as the time for the 游神 gets nearer.
this is one of the groups that were always invited to participate.
this is the primary school marching band.
these kids are very cute!
=)

i'm inside the car waiting after i got changed.
i waited for around 10 mins in the car before i got down.
i decided to wait inside the temple.
.
.
.
.
i changed into the shirt where we were suppose to wear because sis and i were going to help carry the flower baskets as they were not able to get enough girls to carry.

the lorries all lined up....
most of the lorries are used to carry a generator for the spot lights to shine on the performing group.
.
.
.
.
.
always before the start of the 游神, all the performing groups had to perform once for the 神 to see.

the elderly BAND...

the YOUNG BAND... look at the small girl!
so cute!!
she's sooooooo small!
.
.
.
.
this is a primary school band that we would be inviting to join every single year.
seeing them playing and marching in their formation is very very adorable.
So cute and nice.....

LOL.

TingTing, Lisa and MeiMei sneaking out to the food street beside the temple.
around this time of the year when the temple is at it's busiest,
there would be a few stalls setting up beside the temple to sell bubble milk tea, lukluk, kuay-kuay, toys, etc.

the temple's very own dragon dance troupe.
=)
.
.
.
heard from mummy that they are very goood~~!~
so goood~!

Sis trying to hide her face...
wahaha...

Sis and I...
.
.
.
really lucky that they brought the small towel for me!
really lucky!
the small towel really came in very-very handy.

another performing troupe performing for the 神.
the HUGE-TALL-BIG flag.
these ppl will balance the flag on the chin, hands, etc.
it has been some time since i saw anyone swinging this flag.
i am looking forward to the 游神 for the JB Town temple next year.
will have to go somewhere which these people would be able to swing the flags.
as these flags are very big,
the performing group needs ample space to swing.
which is also the reason why i wasnt able to see because the temple didnt have enough space.

Mummy was the team leader for the FLOWER-girls.
=)
meiMei and I were suppose to be in this group, until another Aunty called us to take care of another team which is carrying the temple's "flag".

大头娃娃!!!
they wereMADLY shaking their heads and jumping around for the 神.
So CUTE!!! wahahha...

another dragon dance troupe from another place/temple.

while waiting for the 游神 to begin.

almost going to begin soon...
as all the performing groups performed for the 神.
=)

one of the very-super-uber famous group!
the group is getting bigger and bigger each year they came.
from 1 dancer to 2 dancer and now.....THREE!!!!

these dancers are very "HIGH" people!
very nice to see them perform.
they WINK at you.
they smile at you.
they wave to you!
they are very very entertaining.
they are so entertaining that even those Ah-Bengs from the dragon dance or Lion Dance would shout and scream for them!
so FUNNNY!!!
i gave them my loudest claps for their efforts.
really.. they were really good~~~!
=)

all the BOYS/MEN forming a "ROAD" for the 神 to pass on the way out of the temple.

waiting....
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
and
.
.
.
.
the 神 exits the temple!!!!
HUAT ARH!!!!

very exciting one..
the people carrying would usually CHIONG out of the temple.
very FAST!
haha.

the temple "flags" that we were in charge of.

Lisa and TingTing following tooo!
=)

.
.
.
Lisa's first ever experience at this.
LOL.

while during the long walk of 游神 around Tun Aminah.
it was really a blessing in disguise.
it turned out to be really good.
although my shoulder was pretty painful after the 游神 ended.
i had the pain for at least 2 days.
the "flag" is quite heavy ok!
really lucky that we had the small towel to cushion the metal rod.

Yeap.. this is the way we carried ALLL THE WAY!!!!
it was long and tiring but everything is worth it.
=)
.
.
.
.
we are thinking of carrying this "flag" again next year.
as a FAMILY.
=)

.
.
.
after the 游神, they went back, and i went back too.
i drove a car back when i came back from Singapore.
so we went back in 2 cars.
we had our supper at the temple this year.
so we didnt stop at mamak for supper.
went back home,
wash up,
and,
.
.
.
.
.
ZZZZzzzZZZzzzzzz.....
