Day #1 : The C-Section

oh my god.
haha..
i am late in bloggin..
too busy??
NO..
but just no time to do so..
alright..
anyway...

my dearest department organised a farewell dinner for me.
at MAGMA restaurant at Chinatown area.
pretty interesting to me because it is a totally different place from where we normally go because this is a type of food that none of us are familiar in and it is the German Cuisine..
which means... German sausages..

so after work...
our reservation is at 7pm..
therefore.. the rest took Y-san's car while..
Kojima-san, Veronica and I, we took the cab there..

the chef at the counter when we made our way in to our table..
on our way IN!
i had a BIG SHOCK/SURPRISE...

because Kawada-san was sitting at one of the tables...

after questioning..
it was appearing that it is pure coincidence..
however..
it is too coincidence that i think it was planned..
but everybody was like super shocked when they saw him later..

so i think..
it must be coincidence..
it's ok..
the more the merrier..
he's in the luck for a treat then..

=)

our first bottle of sparkling wine for the evening...

taste is not bad...

the Menu of the restaurant.. there are 2 Menus.. one for beverages and one for food.

It is a bit difficult to understand.. but there are descriptions of the ingredients though.. however.. not easy to order because not very familiar..

drinks are easier to order.. =)

the restaurant decor.. in RED and WHITE..

our second cup of wine.. red in colour too.. same as the table cloth..

the soup.. haha.. i dont know what soup.. haha..

the bread... i love bread + butter...

the pumpkin soup...
the asparagus soup...

one of the pizza ordered by Felicia... because we were asked to each choose one..

my choice of pizza.. ham with leeks..
leeks refers to spring unions!!

anyway.. i think my choice wasnt so good because the spring unions is sooooo raw..
but the ham is not bad..
so just pick out the leeks!

the vege salad.. with prawns.. its nice!!

the colour is so nice...

the very strange German combination appetizer...

nicest!! the German Sausages.. the darker ones doesnt taste as good...

the very simple tomato based pasta..

the BBQ fish... hmm.. not bad... skin is pretty crispy.. tastes like salmon.. is it salmon??

then the desserts...

yes!
one very special dessert dish from my beloved Ship Operations Department!

SURPRISED!! totally!!!

that was very surprising because the waiter even placed the plate right infront of me!
i stunned..
then i realised the words on the plate..
so Touched..

a simple surpirse..
nothing big..
and yet the effort and the heart in it...
is so BIG!!

i was so happy!!
thank you so much to Kojima-san whom i know must have put in a lot of effort..
thanks to student-Veronica for thinking of the idea together with kojima-san..
thanks to Lao Da for all the guidance and care and tolerance all these years..
thanks to Oshiden-san whom taught me a lot of things..
thanks to the rest of the department for attending the dinner..

thanks all for making the department a memorable one and sure i will miss all of you!

look! Lao da.. for the first time he is pouring tea for me.. haha..

we're gonna eat the chocolate dish that was presented to me...

Lao Da is so cute that night.. he was eating up his letter 'Y' ...

the chocolate wording all eaten up! yes yes.. since wanna eat then i made sure that lal must be finished because it is a very-sweet present from my department.

reached home quite late that night already..bathed and suddenly.. Bryan wanted me to test his new Laneige colour.. so i OK!

very natural colour.. suits me so well!! i will buy this foundation!! and the eyes.. so round and BIG..

alright.. please tolerate me for a moment here because i am apparently saying that i look good but actually not so right?? haha.. yea lar.. i know lar..

and the hairdo... hmm... looks nice?? but i like!!

its time i go dye the roots of my hair already because those black hair are looking a bit disgusting at the top..

yes.. its just a simple testing of the product.. therefore.. nothing very fanciful. =)
