money hard to earn!
has been working really hard lately.
work load has been crazy and seriously... its a very big challenge for myself at this stage.
I realize, when i am given the authority/opportunity to decide, it becomes really complicated because my decision could affect whether the vessel will be chartered to which Charterer/Broker. Boss has been injecting my brains with alot of business thinking and all. However, i really have so much documentation work for other work that i have no chance to focus and concentrate on Chartering.
Its ok... after this turmoil i will become someone great! haha...
doing Operations also very scary.. have to keep thinking if this/that has been done, she/he/them has been informed. Have to ensure everyone is informed and necessary arrangements to be made to ensure that there are no delays in any way.
Looking on the bright side...!!
