15th August 2010.. Sunday.
entered into sg on a sunday which is very, very, very RARE for me because i try not to enter sg when i am not working since i travel in and out every single day.
.
entering sg on a sunday late morning is very SMOOOTH!
.
no JAM and bus was quick.
.
i was going to be late but eventually i was the first one to reach Shaw Tower.
.
jH was the second one to reach and so i met her and we sat at a bench waiting for our Ms. Lim.
she overslept and was rushing her way down to meet us.
when Ms. Lim arrived, we made our way to the restaurant that we intended to have our lunch.
it was at Shaw Tower itself.
Peiyan and me.
one of my favourite dim sums.
siew mai...
chicken feet....
cold dessert - black sesame paste with Tou Hua.

this girl was busy playing with her iphone that i felt a bit left out and extra.
but she kept her phone after that and we talk-talk.
it was at Shaw Tower itself.
yes i know you are troubled.
you were practically very troubled the whole day.
staring around and thinking and thinking and thinking.
Maybe i don like this kind.
personal opinion.
is it written this way?
.
after lunch,
peiyan drove both jH and myself to the national museum.
.
Nope!
we were not preparing for our wedding or whatsoever.
we just wanted to have a look around for more ideas to prepare ourselves.
.
apparently the workshop wasnt really as what i had expected to be.
it was more of a sales event than a workshop to me.
.
we were FULL soooo FULL from the lunch we had at Mouth Wok already that i was stunned when i came to know that they were serving lunch at the event.
.
.
this scallop with ginger sauce.
not bad.
would taste better if it was served warm.
.
.
.
it is actually an exhibition of many-many-many human sized wolves flying towards something and they hit a "wall" or something.
.
i was even amazed how the both of us managed to pass that 4 hours at the event.
.
after the event,
i saw Kewei!
yes! her!
.
she was there because Yours Truly was also one of the Vendors that were present.
met Juan, Edmund, Kexin, Ein and a few other musicians there earlier when we reached.
they even performed 2 sets for the event.
.
then we saw Vernetta Lopez as she was promoting for Eternally Yours which is her wedding planner company.
.
Kewei sort of recommended us to go see this exhibition downstairs that she was sooo amazed with and she was promoting!
.
so both jH and me went.
.
.
it actually looks quite scary because i thought it was quite real.
.
.
how is it? what do you think?

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
LOL
.
parted with jH outside National Museum.
i was heading back to JB.
going to take bus from Queenstreet.
.
guess who i met?
i met the Yours Truly musician aka guitarist on the way back.
he took the same CW bus that i took when i was there.
saw him carrying his guitar up the bus!
he carries his guitar anywhere he performs!
he is fellow Malaysian of mine. =)
.
i was going to meet my family for dinner that evening to celebrate my birthday.
my birthday dinner with my family.
=)
.
i suggested Japanese food and so Daddy had to stick with it no matter how much he dislikes it.
he didnt like i suppose was because there are raw ingredients.
so i ordered cooked food for him.
.
.
at SUSHI MONZTA in Pelangi, JB.
a new place for Japanese food.
however, can tell that sis is not as happy here compared to when she's at NiJyumAru.
think she still likes it there.
=)
.
perhaps one of the reason is that the menu at Sushi Monzta is not so "user-friendly".
.
not too salty.
OK!
