Day #1 : The C-Section

12th June 2010... Saturday...

Brother's last day before he goes back to school the next day morning.

.

.

i lent them my camera cos they went to Singapore that morning.

i sent them to Kranji MRT that morning when i was on my way to work.

.

.

after work that afternoon,

i met some diving friends and we went to - SALENG HANDICAPPED AND MENTALLY DISABLE CHILDREN ASSOCIATION JB.

.

.

we donated some every day stuffs such as rice, dettol, etc.

then we had a short visit around the place as that was the first time for some of us.

.

.

of course, i felt so sorry for the kids that were born mentally disabled/handicapped.

u see them so young so small.

sometimes, we do have to STOP and care for these people that are less fortunate.

of course we know there is a limit where we can do to help but we can try to contribute a bit whenever we can.

.

.

a bit of help from us would matter to them.

.

.

just the same for conserving and saving earth.

a little tiny bit of effort from all of us would have been a lot altogether.

so lets try to remember to save our mother earth.

i've turned my aircon to 25 degrees. have you?

after visiting,

we went for a short coffee break and chat session at one of the coffeeshops at Saleng.

.

.

then we each went our way.

.

.

i went to Holiday Plaza to wait as i was waiting for Brother and Lisa to call me so that i can fetch them as they will be taking the bus back to JB.

as i was waiting, i did express Manicure at the biggest nail parlour there at only RM12!

thats cheap!

i can do more.

after some miscommunication,

finally,

i picked them up.

then we JAM all the way back to pick sis.

.

.

everybody will be home for steamboat dinner that evening.

.

.

while waiting for sis to come down from her shop,

Lisa presented me with a present and that was....... CHANEL nail polish!!!

this is the amount of ingredients which mum had used to cook the soup base for our steamboat.
YES, my mum never believe in good soup without putting in a good "investment" of ingredients.
thats why we always get to drink really good and yummy soup cos mummy loves to see our happy faces when we say we liked the soup.

steamboat is always a WARM activity and so i had to tie up my hair.

i miss those mini ABALONES again!

the mini ones are really tasty!!!

happy to see that one can consists of so many mini abalones.

that is really worth the money.

he is so vain that he refuses to let me take photos when he thinks his hair is tooo oily.

sometimes i even think that he despise me for taking photos when there are strangers around.

he will give that kind of "paiseh" look and will look around.

this is a sample piece of the PIG KIDNEY that mum prepared for us to eat.

it is one HUGE PIECE okAy!!!!

that ends the day for steamboat dinner and by the time we finish, it was already 12.30am.

sis went out clubbing with her friend and the rest of us were left cleaning the mess up.
