i took the same transport with yayu as we are going to London together!
first time taking her transport.oh my.. her transport back home is much better than my transport - Van.
her's is a much bigger van and very new and very comfy.
and the door of her transport is 'Auto Door'
doesnt need to manually open/close like i do always.
but mine also not bad...
have transport back home is good enough. =)
Contented...
1st Trial Session at London Weight...
- a glass of water before we start.
- changes into the robes.. in dark red..
- took weight
- first, is the steam bath.
- was chatting with yayu and therefore the 15 mins passes pretty fast
- second, is the body scrub
- followed by the HOT blanket
really very hot, very warm, sweat alot, but yayu says i didnt sweat enough, because she really sweat alot. hmm.. mayb hot blanket doesnt suits me? =(
- then shower time to wash off the sweat and salt from the scrub
- then the fat burning machine + ampoule
this is good because i can see that the measurements of my arms, waist, hip, and thigh, all become smaller.
- then shower time again
- change back to normal clothes.
- then a glass of milk shake.
i played with the brand new iphone when i was having my milk shake!
its not mine! it's Baby's iphone!
got it from jiahui at the MRT station. met jiahui at Cityhall MRT and we took the train together towards the north.
i find it quite nice and good to use. not as inconvenient as i've heard. and i was able to check my yahoo mail and view my BLOG from the iphone. i personally find it pretty easy to use. not bad lar~
this is the milk shake lar! it's not as difficult to drink as i've imagined it to be.. ok arh! i managed to finish the whole cup.
after the treatment and before this milk shake, i actually took my weight again. a bit silly because i only reduced 100g. sianz... =(
i asked yayu today.. she reduced another 800g! piangs... how come arh??any the way, no choice, have to continue since i've paid for it. but one thing for sure is that i'll not be taking the hot blanket anymore frm the next session. my treatment is more on wrapping it up than sweating it out. maybe better for me? =)

suppose to meet the flute folks.. but in the end.. my treatment ended too late. so by the time i reached, they also going to go off already. so in the end we decided that i shouldnt go meet them after all.
and so i met Nel instead.
we went to have dinner at the 24 hours AhMei Ba Chor Mee at Bukit Timah.
I KNOW!! i ATE!

that was not the worse...
the worst is...
we went for desserts at the Haagen Dazs at Holland Village after that!! just cravings for sweet stuffs from Nel darling..
wooooo.... the brownie was really nice. warm and chocolate-ty!
we both agreed that there should be more brownie than ice cream! hehe...
and went home quickly after that as my Baby boifriend is already at BB waiting for me to reach home.
he says that he misses me arh.. but i am quite sure that another very important reason is because he wants to get his iphone asap! =P
seee...! he so Happy with his iphone! haha...yeap.. he seldom spend money on this kind of things.
and if you are jiahui or myself,
you will know that he is really kanchiong about this phone.
always looking forward to receive it at the earliest time.

its ok to pamper yourself a bit ok!
you've worked so hard in spore,
it is ok to spend it on something u like so much.
and u are going to be working in JB very soon.
a job that needs a lot of commitment and time from you.
it is really ok to love yourself more and pamper yourself!
