Last Working Day at McQuilling

21st March 2010.... Sunday.....

TingTing and i woke up early in the morning to make our way to Kulai.
i was quite tired on saturday night and did not want to make my way all the way to kulai.
i wanted to leave from home so that i can bath and get ready from home.
.
.
although boyfriend was quite disappointed because initially, i had agreed to him that TingTing and i could go to his house on saturday night and we could leave from kulai together the next morning.
.
.
.
nevertheless,
TingTing and i made the effort NOT TO OVERSLEEP as we are very prone to doing that.
HAHA.
we manage to wake up on time even though we went to bed quite late.
i believe TingTing didnt even bother to sleep at all.
he was still awake when i woke up.
this was his way of not oversleeping.
HAHA.
i slept at 12am and woke up at 3.30am.
=)

met boyfriend at his place first so that i can drop the car at his place.
then we waited for ahliew to pick us up from boyfriend's place.
everybody met at Mokao for breakfast.

Mokao was a MUST if we are going for roadtrips!!!
AhLiew fetched xiao yun first before he came over to fetch me and boyfriend and TingTIng.
Eric was going to go with us and so he fetched Summer, AhKan over with him.
all of us met at Mokao for breakfast before we begin the drive.

after breakfast,
we begin our ROADTRIP to KL!!!!

out toilet stop at one of the highway stops.
that white car over there is the car that we went up with.
we had the NISSAN LIVINA!
really have to thank Ahliew's erjie for sponsoring us her car.

and the sports car next to it.. is Eric's car.
the 2 brothers - Ting & AhKan took Eric's car.
the rest of us took the MPV.

after the toilet break, we changed drivers.
as i got the most rest before the trip, and ahliew was tired, so i was the next driver.
As Eric was tired, boyfriend drove his car.
in a way or another boyfriend I became the driver from then on.
.
.
slowly... slowly.... the SUN woke up too.
the sky began to get brighter.
i started driving when it was still dark.
slowly the sky turned brighter and brighter.
.
.
we kept on driving until,
i couldnt find boyfriend following up behind me.
boyfriend and I kept each other in sight when we drove.
until he didnt keep up anymore.
so,
we called.
found out that their car had some problem and asked us to stop at the next rest stop.
.
.
we stopped and waited for some time before they finally arrived.
when they arrived,
Eric's car was already in a pretty bad shape.
there was smoke coming out from the bonnet.

this was Eric's car!!!
we helped to push the car to the car park when boyfriend turned off the engine.

the engine of the car is very well kept!!!

the breakdown was due to engine oil.
Eric told us that when he had the car previously,
he forgot about the engine oil and had over-used the car.
when he sent the car for servicing the previous time, the engine oil was already dangerously low and that could have done some damage to the car.
during that time, he even brought the car out for some pretty SERIOUS drive to RUN the car.
therefore, which had caused the car to have suffered some damage then.
so,
they called their friend and requested the friend to come up from kulai to tow the Silvia back to Kulai for repair.

Eric was quite sad.
he was actually going up to KL with us to see another car.

in the end,
we left Eric at the rest stop and the rest of us carried on with our drive to KLANG to have our second round of breakfast --- BAK KUT TEH.

made a trip to the petrol station to get some mineral water.

we followed the GPS most of the time and checked with ahliew's friend who was staying at KL so that we can go visit and eat some good bak kut teh at klang.

klang was famous for the many YUmmy Bak Kut Teh shops.

we secured 2 tables for everybody to sit down comfortably to enjoy our bak kut teh.

the shop serves other types of ingredients in the same bak kut teh soup tooo.
serves pork trotters in the same soup.
serves toufu in the same soup.
serve is toufu pok in the same soup too.
they had a lot of choices!!!

personally, i still find the bak kut teh in JB nicer.
i loves those kind of bak kut teh that are in CLAYPOTS.
this bak kut teh @ klang was actually like the Kulai "shi Hwa" bak kut teh.
which i dont really fancy because i like bak kut teh in CLAYPOTS.
.
.
perhaps this wasnt the best bak kut teh in klang yet.
maybe, there are also claypot bak kut teh in klang that we didnt know.

all of us went to buy MAGNUM 4D!!
haha.

it will be around 11pm when we reach SUNWAY.
the best time to reach!!!
not too early and not too late.
we didnt want to reach too late as the place will be too crowded.
