usual day at work and then meet-up with a friend that i didnt meet since we met 1 yr plus ago.. so after work i waited in the office until she reached suntec because she had to bring a watch for repair as well and then since i am so near to Suntec too.
so waited for her call and then we met. so we went for dinner at Crystal Jade.
i ordered this dish that i knew was very nice - eggplants + minced meat. it was very nice lor!

and my 2nd dish to go with my rice.. good recommendation from Fang that time we went to bugis.. i saw this on the menu and knew i had to order it! haha.. the GOLDEN PRAWNS.. prawns fried with salted egg yolk..

and she, she had porridge. Century egg porridge/congee.

of course the dinner is not enough and we cant possibly sit there and talk and with her BF who joined us sitting there looking at us so we decided to go somewhere where he can grab a bite and we can have coffee too.. and that's Macdonalds!

my hot chocolate.. nice in the presentation but its WAY~~~~ too sweet!

and she..... is CASIN!

it's been really too long since we've last met. you cut hair last year and now its already so long. just imagine how long we've not met. that time when we met i wasn't even attached. i already have Ah Gong and our anniversary is even drawing very near. WOW!~ really long time. of course after such a long time, bound to be some quietness in between our conversations but nevertheless.. it is so nice to see you again and looking forward to more meet-ups! and CLUBBING~

great to know that you have found yourself someone better.. someone that you can tell me "the right person" or the "right feeling". so happy for you!

hope you dont feel strange after the meet-up! =)

wah... long time since i blogged... can say that many things have happened and i have yet to blogged... i need a LAPTOP ...!!!! & now... My god... given his profession (shh...secret..).. he manages to send all his 5 kids to schol from Pri to Secondary in Singapore and even send all to Australia for their studies... brought ah Yong along to the party also.. met the rest at Goddad's house and then we went there together... this is the Christmas Tree inside the house at the livin...

Day #1 : The C-Section

So after much procrastination, I am finally writing this post. You know.. when every single day i want to do something about this blog but end up doing nothing about it. HAHA!! It is unexpectedly BUSY being a confinement Mum when confinement lady or family or friends keep asking you to lie down and rest.. "GO SLEEP!" haha! Then when you are providing breast milk for your Baby, you keep track of your time to the next pump and TIME PASSES SUPER QUICK! I did not see this coming!! . . . So I was admitted to the Clinic early in the morning and was quite busy because i have to change to the robe, then monitor Baby's heartbeat in the labour room with 2 other ladies. Then the the nurses will help/assist/MAKE you go toilet to clear your bowels. and then... WAIT. So this was me waiting for the C-section to happen I was actually not as nervous as i thought i would be. It was more of stoning and thinking what's going to happen next. ...

11th April 2010.... SUNDAY.... . . . it is the Baking session!!!! our bake-a-cake class. =) recipe and notes to follow the class. our cake stand. listening to our teacher. . . yeap, the 4 of us went together. materials to start with. enjoying every moment if it. start to make the mixture to bake. DONE!! LOL. we were given the ready-made cake. there was a mirror in our class room. the class was small which is good. so that the teacher can guide us along and to see how each of us are doing. our ready-made cake. only 5 of us that afternoon. if there were only 4 of us it will be even better. =P the cake mixture that we made earlier was baking inside the oven. the happy baking girl... the happy baking sisters.... still playing around with the tools supplied.. now... we have to remove the ugly skin. this is the cake that is de-skinned.. her cake-skin that was removed. cake that is de-skinned. now.. we need to use that thing my sister is holding to slice the cake. my piece of de-skinned cake....
